HOW TO MAKE
1. Slice the sausages as desired.
2. Heat the oil, then sauté the shallots and garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the bird’s eye chilies and cook until slightly wilted.
4. Add the sausages and stir well with the seasonings.
5. Add the ABfood tamarind water.
6. Add sweet soy sauce, salt, and sugar to taste.
7. Cook for a few minutes until all the flavors are fully absorbed.
